We invite the nomination form/s from interested and eligible members and non-members to apply for specific business categories.
The awards activities initiated to highlight the remarkable achievements and outstanding contributions and to recognise their inspiring stories for others benefits. This is not a commercial activity.
Nomination forms should be submitted in digital versions with appropriate documents - covering letter, membership number with the date of registration, balance sheets for the last 3 years, Profiles of the Company and applicant, copy of company registration certificate, Udhyam (if MSMEs – turnover up to Rs.500 crs.) & GST certificates as well as photograph of the principal applicant.
The entry fee is applicable for each nomination form and should be paid along with each application as per the category applied.
The enterprise should be in operation for more than 5 years & Start-ups & women entrepreneurs 3 years.
The interested enterprises can avail of branding and promotional activities on commercial terms for selected Awards categories and it will be branded at the business channel, business newspapers & coffee table books.
The enrolment of the Membership will be mandatory for Selected Awardees. If the Applicant is not interested in enrolling the membership, the enterprise will not be selected for Awards and no refund of entry fee will be made. The Association expects that the successful enterprises should be the Bonafide member for active involvement in the various activities.
Selection criteria totally depend on the reliable information submitted by the applicant, and it should not be assumed that the nominations will be considered.
If any nomination is rejected, the organization will not be answerable for the rejection of application or to give any reasons for the same. The applicants should evaluate their nominations before submitting them to the organization for final screening.
The short-listed nominations will be recommended to the Jury Members or Selection Committee for further screening and evaluation.
Please note that the incomplete nomination forms or non-payment of entry fee will not be accepted & processed.
The Awards ceremony schedule will be communicated once the process is completed, if delayed for any reason, the selected winners will not be allowed to withdraw or cancel the nominations. In this matter, no refund of entry fee will be made for whatsoever reasons.
Commercials for Branding and promotional activities will be charged additionally, and it will depend on case-to-case basis.
The Association reserves the right to accept or reject nomination forms or modify the concept, terms and conditions, cancel or withdraw the Award activities, change in certain categories or criteria, change the design of trophy or memento or change the date of the Award ceremony.
The awards winners will pay expenses for the advertisements in leading business newspapers, magazines or business channels or TV channels as per their requirements.
If the selected award winner doesn’t attend the Awards ceremony for any reason, the award memento will be handed over personally at the Association office with prior intimation.
The Association will not share the information or documents submitted by the applicants to any third party.
The Association reserves the right to disclose or publish information about other applicants or reasons for the rejection, inviting dignitaries for the Awards ceremony, sponsors & supporters.
Please submit an undertaking on the Company letterhead that the details mentioned in the nomination form are true, correct and verified to the best of knowledge of the Applicant. If any part of the information provided is proved to be false or irrelevant or fabricated at any point in time, we agree to accept the denial or rejection of our nomination form. In this matter, we will not claim for the refund of entry fee of these formalities.
The Management Committee will seek clarification along with attested and certified financial documents to review last three years Audited Balance Sheets and P&L Accounts to cross-check the turnover and financial credit worthiness of the company as per the nomination submitted for the specific category, if required.
The Association reserves the right to accept, deny or reject nomination forms, if not submitted in certain period or not completed the formalities or not shared the information sought for verification or absence in the interview or no response from the Applicant.
The Management having authority to change or modify the Awards categories or to include or move the nominations in certain category, if the application deemed fit or having more growth and unique achievements.
The Management reserves the right to plan or organise or postpone the Award activities or Award function or modification in the above application form as well as commercial fees and design of trophy or memento or plaque.
Entry Fee will not be refunded, if nomination is rejected or not processed due to incomplete documents, incomplete formalities or compliances or lack of relevant information or rigorous follow up.
“Pride of Gujarat Awards” is an Intellectual Property of the Association and it is a brand and private initiative as well as not associated with any other organization/s or Government agency/ies or any political party or institutions.
We reserve the right to select, appoint and invite the Members of Selection Committee or Jury, Associates, other Supporters, Sponsors, business Partners, Media and Guests for Awards presentation ceremony.
The Applicant should attend personally or virtual interviews or interaction to present the credentials and the activities of the Company/Institution to understand more about the activities, achievements, efforts and contributions. The expenses incurred towards travelling for interview will be borne by the applicants.
The applicant can depute senior executive as a proxy to present the credentials with an authority letter and it’s applicable only for the Company / Institution’s Awards criteria.
The Members of Management or Jury will visit the Applicant’s office, factory or plant to inspect, assess and evaluate the certain information furnished in the nomination form related to manufacturing set up, technology, product, research, innovation, invention and operation. This will be useful to understand more about the capacity and capability of the enterprise for exploring further business opportunities and collaborations.
The award winners will not take any objection or deny participating, if any sponsors, supporters or guests are invited for awards ceremony.
The Association will not be responsible for any legal or financial complications arising from these activities due to lack of compliance and procedures by the nominees and applicants, who are the defaulters of any Government agency, financial institutions or private sector or any third party.
If the nominees, who are not furnishing the required or demanded information or not completing the formalities of this nomination process, the nomination form will be rejected and no refund of the entry fee will be made.
If nomination has not been selected or short listed or rejected, the applicant concerned will not be entitled for refund of entry fee or membership fee.
The Association will not be responsible, if Chief Guests or any other dignitaries cannot attend the function due to any reasons. The applicant or applicants will not have any authority to raise any issues or legal complications.
If any dispute arises from this activity or any objection received from applicants, the organisations reserve the right and will take a call to review the queries. The dispute will be settled amicably.
The legal jurisdiction will be Mumbai.
